Return Policy
TECH Enterprises Inc. provides a 14-day return window from receipt of your item. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To initiate returns, contact mail@techstainremover.com. Approved returns receive a prepaid shipping label with instructions. Packages sent without prior return authorization will be rejected.
Damages and Issues
Inspect orders immediately upon arrival. Contact the company right away if items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect so they can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
– Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
– Custom/personalized products
– Personal care goods (beauty products)
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
– Sale items
– Gift cards

Exchanges
Return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the desired replacement.
Refunds
The company notifies customers upon receiving and inspecting returns, confirming approval status. Approved refunds process to the original payment method. Banks and credit card companies require additional processing time.
